You can use your pen at any time of the day, with or without meals. It is recommended that you use it on the same day each week if you can.
In order to adjust to the medication, you will start by taking the lowest dose (2.5mg for 4 weeks, then working your way up to 15mg. Therefore, if you tolerate each dose of treatment, then the dosing schedule will be as follows:
